Augustus Bennett founded AB Executive Studio on a simple belief: strong organizations and meaningful artistic work are built the same way. They require thoughtful leadership, genuine human connection, and the courage to make intentional decisions. Rather than separating executive HR advisory from creative work, he built a studio where both disciplines strengthen one another.

Few professionals build careers at the intersection of executive HR leadership and the performing arts. Augustus has intentionally spent his career doing both. His experience spans nonprofit organizations, high-growth creative businesses, and global entertainment companies, working with organizations including Disney, NBCUniversal, Netflix, RWS Global, and Entertainment Partners. He is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and holds a Master of Science in Arts & Entertainment Management from Pace University, bringing together executive HR expertise with a lifelong commitment to the arts.
